Learning and Losing inches

I found a program that I am on that is allowing me to Learn how to earn and how to lose inches and how to feel much better.

I am going to start a blog on the truth about my experience with these products and I have to be honest here, I'm very impressed so far.

Can you see my picture? I'm about 50 lbs overweight and I feel it and look it. However, stumbled across this company through a member of our church and am so excited.

I am trying the products first then I am going full blown with this because it is also a independent company you can own. Talk about the best of both worlds for me.


Talk about embarrassing! I'm not proud of what I've done to get this size however, I'm very proud of losing inches and I have not even started trying!

I work a night shift so I would get home about 2:00 am, not eat then go to bed. I would wake about 11:00 am have coffee and that is it. I'd pick at bread or something but not much. Hurry to get ready for work about 2:30 pm. Drop off at any grocery store and pick up either a salad ready in a bag, fruit and a few vegs and of course a snack of some kind.  Sometimes, frozen dinners of various sorts.

Get to work, go straight to Tim Horton's get an extra large double double and either a muffin, or bagel or donut cause now I'm starving.

This will hold me for about 2 1/2 hours then I start on my fruit or vegetables. At supper I eat the salad and everything else and the routine starts again. I wasn't eating a lot however I wasn't losing at all.
Though my sponsor I've learned a lot about how the body works.
She told me that I was hurting myself more by not eating properly or not eating at all for breakfast and lunch.
She explained how my was storing the fat and any unwanted toxins because it thinks I'm starving. I won't go into big detail yet so I decided because I don't have the energy or the desire to prepare breakfast lunch and or supper, I'd try IsAgenix.

On short term disability for inner ear infection.  Barely any movement.  Very tired, moved very slow and held walls to walk for about 2 weeks.  I'm surprised I didn't gain!  Back to work on Monday and back to the gym for about 1/2 every other day.

I ate food over the weekend including a pot luck at work, desserts and soft drinks and guess what!! I didn't gain one inch.  Mostly taking ionix now.

Still taking shake but only when I don't have time to prepare myself breakfast or lunch or supper.  I lost 1/2 inch in my thighs.
